Vineyard Notes
Chardonnay (Dijon Clone 95, 96) from Block 2 of our original Meadowbrook Vineyard. These vines grow in Legore Gravelly Loam soil in East-west orientation on a western slope. Farmed sustainably: no irrigation, no tilling.
Production Notes
Hand-harvested, whole-cluster pressed and racked to neutral French barrels, 90% Oak 10% Acacia wood. Barrel fermented and aged for 10 months, stirred on lees every 3 weeks. No fining, light filtration. Under 30 ppm sulfites added prior to bottling. 160 cases produced
