Vineyard Notes
Albariño from Block 4 of our managed Cold Brook Vineyard. These vines grow in Penn-Channery Silt Loam soil in east-west orientation on a southern slope. Farmed sustainably: no irrigation, no tilling.
Production Notes
Hand-harvested, whole-cluster pressed and fermented cold in neutral French Oak barriques and puncheons. Barrel-aged for 6 months with light bâttonage. No fining, light filtration. Under 30 ppm sulfites added prior to bottling. 145 cases produced.
